Hills

7 miles at 9:04 pace (with hills :):)) Met with Jenny and her friend Andrea it was a great run so nice outside and the company was a pleasure. Andreas four kids were a great help with watching my boys! and my boys had a blast! anytime they come home with treasure maps and swords it was bound to be a good time! Thank you Everyone cant wait for next week.
