Monday nice easy recovery day!!
Tuesday 6 1/2 miles slight hill on the treadmill at about a 9:20 pace
Wed easy 4 miles at 9:40s with 30 mins on the precore to stretch out the hips! Teaching Spin at 4:30 that should be more than enough for one day.
Looking forward to speed work with Jenny on Thursday!
