Not to much to report!
No run again today:( After yesterdays workouts, my lower back is killing me I am hoping just a bit tight from drills, as I have never really had any back pain before. I did 45 mins on the precore nice and easy and that is it, I tried to just rest today to get my back in order. Looking forward to running on Sat and Sunday!!!

I think someone needs to explain to you what it means to "take it easy!" sheesh! Hope your back feels better!
